Vital Statistics – Record Level Data Request
To acquire record-level data on births and deaths from Hawaiʻi’s Vital Statistics (birth, death, fetal death, or induced termination of pregnancy [ITOPs]) data, please send an email with your detailed request to profiles@hhdw.org. We will connect you with the appropriate organization with the Hawaiʻi Department of Health.
Alternatively, Hawaiʻi-level birth and death data can be obtained from the National Vital Statistics data files located here.
