The Aloha+ Challenge was launched by Hawai‘i Green Growth Local 2030 Hub and their partners to measure Hawai‘i’s contribution to global sustainability goals and to drive island-led solutions. This initiative identifies and measures six local metrics that contribute to the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The six areas include clean energy, local food, natural resource management, waste reduction, smart sustainable communities, and green workforce & education.
