BRFSS Health Indicator Selection

The Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) is the world's largest, ongoing telephone health survey. It is supported by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and is administered in all 50 states and 3 territories to collect information on behavioral risks associated with premature illness and death. In Hawaiʻi, this information is captured by the BRFSS Program at the Hawaiʻi State Department of Health.
